But, the here AQI level is nearly 200, So as the government has prefered using face masks and mostly avoid individual transports. However, there are more probabilities to spread every part of the country or world.
Therefore the United Nations has decided to mutual agreements with countries to decrease the air pollution and standardise and upgrade the industries to the environment-friendly. As a result of this organisations are "go green" concept.
Likewise, the organisations were trying to satisfy the internal customers to provide employee health insurance benefits, issuing shares to employees, maternity return bonuses, offered transport services, sports & gettogether and loyalty memberships.
The organisation were using CSR techniques to engage the employees in more work-oriented. Especially garment employees are working for a long time and sometimes they frustrated in continuous work. So as garments were neutralising the employees by offering the CSR.
Nowadays the CSR projects are necessarily adopted with labour laws such as include into the employment contracts. The modern community is being well-educated and informative with social awareness. So, organisations should change and adapt with CSR policies to sustain in the market.

The concept of "Go green" is very important to show corporate social responsibility. For some companies, a common way to move is to reduce or eliminate the use of paper. This can cause some defects. For example, if an employee loses or stolen a laptop, sensitive information stored in locked paper documents can be passed to the wrong hands. If a company accidentally backs up computer files, a system crash can be catastrophic.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become one of the standard business practices of our time. For companies committed to CSR, this is a greeting and a better overall reputation, a powerful statement they often represent in the cynical business world.

The problem is that the savings generated by ecology are often lower than expected; They are not enough to make the initial cost quickly economical.The main reason why many people choose to avoid ecological action is because they believe it will cost them more than their typical activities harmful to the environment. Many times, it is true that environmentally friendly products have high upfront costs, but these costs are almost always recovered over the life of the products.
ReplyDeleteYour Go Green concept in CSR is an innovative idea, But I think rather than making CSR projects with huge brand advertisements, they think in factory level is welcome able.
